Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of mobile applications provided by Cherry Pie (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License to use the App

Cherry Pie grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store where you downloaded it.

Acceptable use

You must use the App lawfully. You may not:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App except where the law expressly permits it;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code except where the law expressly permits it;
• interfere with the App’s operation, security, or connected systems;
• use the App to violate another person’s rights or any applicable law; or
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, accounts, data, or networks.

Accounts and device permissions

If the App offers accounts, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Some features may request access to device functions or data. You can manage permissions in your device settings, but disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.

Purchases and subscriptions

The App may offer paid features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the applicable app store and are subject to its terms. Subscription pricing and billing periods will be shown before purchase.

Advertising and third-party services

The App may display advertisements or include services, content, links, or software supplied by third parties. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Cherry Pie does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.

Intellectual property

The App and its software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and other content are owned by Cherry Pie or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. Updates may be required for continued use. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that it will work on every device or operating-system version.

Termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cherry Pie and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

App-store terms

Your use of the App must also comply with the terms of the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other store through which you obtained it. The app-store provider is not responsible for maintaining or supporting the App except as required by law.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we may also provide notice in the App. Your continued use of the App after the revised terms take effect means you accept them.
